An extension of cardio kickboxing, with added weights, circuit training and moves you have never seen before! This class will give you an all out full body workout! This is guaranteed to get you in shape quick!

CLASS SCHEDULE:

  • Cardio Conditioning: Monday/Wednesday/Friday  9:00-10:00am
  • Cardio Boxing: Tues/Thurs  9:00-10:00am
  • Cardio Kickboxing: Mon/Wed/Fri 5:30-6:30pm and Saturday 9:00-10:00am
  • Cardio Boxing: Tues/Thurs 6:00-7:00pm
